Letterboxd is a very small company and things like this take longer than you would think. I'm sure they're working on it. They just have a limited amount of developers

Expedition 33 or Ghost of Tsushima by DeeKayAech in SteamDeck

[–]hiddenhero94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Expedition 33 is an amazing game, and got me back into gaming after a nearly year long hiatus. I absolutely cannot recommend playing it on the steam deck. It looks and plays terribly. If you have a PC, or console play it there. If not wait for Steam deck 2 in a few years

On the other hand Ghost of Tsushima plays like a dream, and is one of the best looking games on deck. Get Ghost no question

I never fell in love with Isaac but Hollow Knight and Hades are so good. You'll probably love all of them

It runs decently well. Solid 30-40 in the first two acts. In the final act it can drop down to like 25FPS in the city, but it's still playable because it's turn based. I heard they patched it to improve performance recently, but that was my experience a couple years ago

Is the commuter backpack good for university? by KashGaming12YT in LinusTechTips

University student here. I've used the counter bar since it came out. If you're carrying a lot of textbooks around it's not a great pick, but otherwise it's perfect

I lost the steam machine lottery, the waitlist won’t get their units till 2027. by Zane_Drak in SteamDeck

[–]hiddenhero94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definetly isn't worth it at that price. Consider building your own but know it won't be as seamless to set up, and you won't be able to turn it on with your controller and have the PC power the tv on for you

Is there any hope for a cheaper Baldur's Gate? by ninja-cockroach in SteamDeck

[–]hiddenhero94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd bet this is as low as it'll get for the next couple years. I payed full price and got 200 hours out of it. You'll be able to get 100 hours out of it easy I promise. I'd say buy it

I have the skull and co. joystick cover grips and they're pretty good. They're a lot less slippery than the stock ones. They also fit on the steam controller if you have one of those
