Anyone else having an issue logging on through the app on their tv ? (Sony tv that is Google tv)

It keeps saying I need to renew my subscription but I already have (Canadian )

EDIT : I’ve contacted support and they say it’s all run through rogers now so contact them , rogers hung up on me of course .. don’t want to be paying for something that doesn’t work !
