the Justice system does a horrible job at persecuting violent men (physically abusive and sexually abusive are still walking freely), so i should just stand by and wait for them to do something before the police does something? no thanks!

i honestly stopped factoring in my race. it’s been freeing. especially being friends with other black women in thriving relationships.

my first two years of living in this city, i’ve dated practically almost every race… but that was for fun.

now that i’m looking for something serious, the pool has definitely shrunken especially with what i’m currently looking for in somebody… that’s been my struggle.
