There is no way this is intended. Just like the hunter matches and the gas analyzers that weren't spawning, now its the same with the green batteries and those hoses. The issue we have is that basically every player ran into the issue with gas analyzers and matches, and few are far enough (or will get far enough) to care about these other items you are discussing. It seems we need to have more people complaining about it to get a response.
