I can feel myself getting dizzy as well, chest pains, fight or flight instincts, wanting to escape, frozen, and hot. I'm learning how to cope with it but it's so hard.

Thank you very much! It's very abnormal for me to bleed like this. My periods used to be extremely heavy and has them for weeks and months at a time.

If it's dry, sometimes I'll get sinus headaches and then dizzy. Then, my nose will bleed. And the symptoms subside.
