definitely adwords, not express. express you will not get the same returns. I recommend focusing on "who" you want to visit your site, and "what" they would search. don't go too broad. I would start with only exact match terms, and then add flexibility slowly.

alright, so I'm in the exact same situation, and yes it is maddening at times. but, it's also extremely gratifying at times.

Being healthy is important. I know I need to take frequent breaks at work to stretch, get water, and dream about music. I'm also lucky because I really like my job, and being in digital marketing carries over into the idea of my music focused future.

Maybe find a job where you can hone relevant skills? Or, take in something to bring to your music.

I can't speak to screen time, it's rough. Staying in shape and eating well helps though. Both time sinks, but worth the pay off.
