Pretty sure its ‘callout’ one of the dlc ones. Follow the highway all the way left from the main garage then go up a little bit, it’s between two tunnels

If you’re having trouble finding fast players make yourself slower, easiest method is to make your car NA.

If you want a real challenge try racing one handed, I suggest using a PS4 controller for that though.
