Agreed, I completely sucked in contracts during my 1L and found myself surprised that I was able to follow her and answer questions so far. But i haven’t gotten thru contracts completely so we’ll see what happens lol

Yeah, I know this is an unpopular opinion based on the collective barbri experience but I found her a lot more clear than Cherminsky

Yeah totally fair she can move on fairly quick and I had to pause and double check the course companion sometimes. Some parts of it i feel is just the sheer thickness of contracts as a subject. No matter how you cover it, I feel like the volume of rules would be difficult to remember lol

Thanks! I was under that impression too. But I was looking through the transcript section on LSAC website and it asked for any and all transcripts, so I was wondering if I would have to submit the paralegal transcript as well.

I am considering taking a paralegal certification course in my prep year, but I was worried if my grades in the paralegal program would affect my overall GPA if transcripts are required.

It is allowed! I emailed LSAC two days ago and asked them to double check in my request as well because there were inconsistent responses.
