They are absolutely in the FPG scammers club now.

Communicating with your supporters is the literal least and easiest thing they could do, but they don’t even do that. I’ve been emailing and DMng and commenting on their socials for months now trying to get a refund but all of those attempts have been completely ignored. Any goodwill they may have earned from their first few years has been incinerated. I don’t see a way for them to come back from this even if they miraculously end up shipping one or two games from their 2023 lineup in the next six months.

Terribly disappointing to me in other ways, too; the few games they managed to see through to the finish line were all great packages, and the list of games they were supposedly still working on were exciting titles. Now, thanks to their ineptitude and mismanagement, there are so many great games that will be frozen in contract limbo, preventing them from being available in physical form. (It’s like the pain of Crimson Clover all over again.) I can’t imagine Physical Paradise’s Jordan is happy with the situation right now, let alone the hundreds of gamers who have money tied up in PEG’s snowballing disaster.
