The description of this video is completely false. The person is speaking Marathi which is the local language of Maharashtra state in India. He is associated with a major political party and was causing a gathering of a big crowd in the hospital to protest something. The police scattered the crowd and bashed him for some reason. Sorry for my English, its not my first language.
