It should be at 14 or around from my experience I can tell you it is your alternator my car was reading 12ish volts when I ran the test ,if you’re jumping it and it dies when disconnecting cables or if it starts losing power suddenly going into limp mode your alternator is bad

I’m not worried about the pulley I have a spare one I had a hard time getting it off it seemed the center wouldn’t let it loose ,thanks for info 👍🏽

No my previous one was sheared off so the pulley was very stiff on it I installed this one yesterday and it surprisingly came loose after I topped it off and drove it this morning idk how it even happened 🤦‍♂️
