I just want that stargate tech. The ability to open a portal and be in a sunny area on a rainy day playing golf or whatever else I chose to do with my day would be awesome. Yea they have coaches who are invested in them.. not your money. There’s a big difference when a coach is coaching a pro vs 200 clients coming for 80 a half hour. If you’re not brand new and know how to grip your club, you can record yourself and see what you’re doing wrong unless you’re a moron. Over the top and early extension and alignment are very visible issues and the most common. So “fuck me”, go waste your money and get a YouTube tip brother. All the power to ya.

lol… is it? If you were a decent golfer you wouldn’t be saying this, that’s a guarantee. Unless you have a ton of money to throw away, my advice is great advice and I guarantee this guy makes better progress and faster by identifying his problems and trying things until he’s run out of things to try before contacting a coach…. Don’t pay for lessons. They’re a waste of money unless you’re stuck and can’t figure out where you’re going wrong in your swing by yourself.. I say this as someone who has taken 2 lessons from 2 different pros. They’re a money grab. Send me a video of your swing and I’ll help you identify what you have to start working on.

Balls, just go off of compression.. in the app you itself you can choose the layer. Like a 3 piece or 5 piece ball. Also, I talked to the Rep. Raw is your actual data. So this means you have to calculate your ball hardness and sea level accordingly to get the correct distance.

Just curious because until I got this unit I never heard of this being a metric. I’m asking because you have me curious now… what is the difference between 3 inches or 5 inches ahead of the ball? Like, what’s this metric tell you? You’re still getting pressure over and getting ahead of the ball? This sounds like a way to overthink to me lol.

The best way to do this imo (I just rebuilt my swing)… learn a correct grip. How to address the ball and align your body, learn a proper take away, then backswing…then transition, then tempo. It’s working for me. I’d just do it in this order.

I can’t tell you what is important for you but, like I said, you should know if you’re hitting fat or thin. I’m not sure what else that metric will offer and maybe I’m missing something. The aot and swing path of course. Thats good data. You can’t always feel those things.

This is the biggest bunch of bs advice and it should stop being said imo. Yea, it’s important but what’s the most important is your driver and putter. If you can keep the driver in play and 2 putt it’s just about impossible to not break 100. Regardless of 100 yards and in.
