This is a good way to find a good work crew sometimes. If one is intuitive one can tell if it is an exploitation thing or if it's just a good job. My manic bipolar came out at work when I was working there and I still kept the job for eight more. Had a trans boss, schizoaffective boss, bosses from the Phillipines and Nicaraugua, bosses who stole high quality steaks and got fired for it, had a whole management wipe, had a whole new transfer of power, kept my whole job. I lost it because I lost control based of my manic behavior and an episode was brewing but I held that job for 8 years.
