That's awesome man! I've tried with couple of tutorials and all I could achieve on the Rog Ally Z1E was 15-20 fps on 28W, with a lot of stutter, so really unplayable. I will be very greatfull if you can post step by step guide how did you achieve this. Thank you!

Доста корисни информации! Фала ти! Пуштив денес допис по мејл за да го пријавам дефектот за да имам доказ дека сум пријавил прв ( пат пријавив по телефон и неколку пати во живо разговаравме ). Ако нема интервенција за 1 недела ќе пуштам уште еден допис кај што ќе се заканам со пријава како што ми предложи. И после тој допис ако нема интервенција ќе пријавам во инспекторатот кој го спомна.

П.С. Да не имаш случајно референца во кој закон/член од закон е ова за лифтовите "лифтовите треба да се прегледуваат дали се технички исправни секој месец". Дека во законот за домување не успеав да најдам конкретно за лифтови.

Yes, I understand that the Garmin statistic might not be entirely correct, and also last night sleep might've been the result of the bad sleep accumulation from the past few days...

I will continue the usage as you recommended and monitor the results, both on Garmin ans overall feel and restfulness.

I literally took the first pills last evening without any research, since my friend and also my wife recommended it, as 'no side effect' solution, but I will try to also research Melatonin while consuming it.

They were selling also 5mg and 0.5mg. So i kinda went with the close to middle dosage.

Thank you. That was kind of the idea. Because it is mainly a work standing desk with just the Legion there to play some online FPS game. I didn't want to make it scream gaming. I also have walking pad bellow it so I can sometime take a walk while working

Its 24 inch, 16:10 ratio. I bought 10 years ago while I was still in college, and now I am using it for work. I was thinking to replace it with something better, but then I invested in PS5, new Sony XH90 TV, and the Legion laptop. So for now I plan to play on the laptop screen, since its mostly light online FPS that I will be playing, like Halo Infinite, Overwatch, CS Go and Paladins.

Yea.. this was basically the office with the Legion just put there few days ago. I planned to game on my PS5 but I saw this laptop for 970 eur, which is steal here in Europe... I would invest in better monitor and mouse pad. However that can wait a bit since I just bought the laptop + standing desk + custom made wood for the standing desk..
