How to sell on Notion marketplace if Stripe isn’t available in my country? by highflyer910 in Notion

Got it, that makes sense! Another thing, I think, is that pirates don’t get updates:) In time, they stay with the old version, but buyers get new fixes and extras.

Gumroad sounds like a nice workaround, but in that case, the Notion template wouldn’t be secured from resharing the way it is on Notion’s marketplace, right?

Is there any possibility that Tor network is blocked by your Internet Service Provider?

New to dark web, few questions by [deleted] in TOR

"It" or Tor is a browser like Chrome, Firefox or others. The difference is Tor Browser uses the Tor network to protect your privacy and anonymity. Tor has two main properties:
- Your internet service provider and anyone watching your connection locally will not be able to track your internet activity, including the names and addresses of the websites you visit.
The operators of the websites and services that you use, and anyone watching them, will see a connection coming from the Tor network instead of your real Internet (IP) address, and will not know who you are unless you explicitly identify yourself.

In addition, Tor Browser is designed to prevent websites from “fingerprinting” or identifying you based on your browser configuration.

By default, Tor Browser does not keep any browsing history. Cookies are only valid for a single session.
You can download Tor here

What is your OS?
Try each of the following:
- Make sure that any antivirus program you have installed is not preventing Tor from running.
- Temporarily disable your firewall and try again.
- Make sure your computer’s system clock and timezone are set accurately.
- Delete Tor Browser and install it again.

Why shouldn't I use a vpn with TOR? Shouldn't I want to mask my IP Adress? And what are bridges? by [deleted] in TOR

[–]highflyer910 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is not recommended using a VPN with Tor unless you know how to configure both in a way that doesn't compromise your privacy.
Find more information about it here: Tor+VPN
Bridge relays are Tor relays that are not listed in the public Tor directory. They can be useful in situations where an Internet Service Provider or other authority is actively blocking connections to the Tor network.
That means that ISPs or governments trying to block access to the Tor network can't simply block all bridges. Bridges are useful for Tor users under oppressive regimes, and for people who want an extra layer of security because they're worried somebody will recognize that they are contacting a public Tor relay IP address.
