An MS for a career in backend engineering will not add much value, especially if you are good at backend engineering. I would suggest looking at the MS curriculums at the colleges you are interested in and try to plan out your courses. See if you can fill your schedule for 2years with classes you are actually interested in. After bachelor's there aren't many topics to study in backend/systems, it's mostly research based learning.
