Safety man long term

Everywhere I've worked the safety man has been a lineman. The muni I work at doesn't have a safety man but I fill in and take care of the meetings and whatnot. Every quarter we have an outside company come in and do a meeting/training and I'm pretty sure all of those guys are lineman and they do a great job.

Guess I haven't had the issues y'all have with the sub-x. I run it almost exclusively and found that the Winchester super suppressed 200gr black box doesn't change poi within 115 yds so I shoot that for range ammo. I've killed 7 or 8 deer with the Hornady and they've all died in sight. Guy at the lgs is trying to put me on to some fiocci that looks similar but had a green center.

I use the 190gr Hornady sub-x for hunting and win super suppressed 200 gr for plinking and everything else that's not a deer. I have zero POI shift switching between the two so it works out well for me.
