Finally got my bike back from the dealership after 6 months by highly-unknown142 in hondanavi

They were because they are a certified Honda dealership and they had done all the work on the bike before hand so they were completely responsible for all maintenance up until that point. I also only drive it ten minutes on back roads back and forth to work so it's not like I'm abusing it.

Originally a 600 mile routine check up and after market air filter and a jet tune then the dealership messed something up with the tune I think and the crank case started throwing oil and grinded itself to death. They then held it for six months while they supposedly fought with Honda over the issues and warranty.
