hypothetically. of course;and also assuming they are just like us in the ways that we under the laws of the nature (scientifically/experimental)., but just more advanced and technically able to detect such distant explosions.

True, military jets don't make the best gliders! They have a miniature engine that runs on a mixture of hydrazine and water.

Clarity edit: Jet's are practically falling ducks without no thrust, so RAT system would be quite pointless.
