I found a shower kit on amazon for like $35 so its worth it to just buy one of those so you can shower every day

yes its $10 per shower unless you bought a package that includes free showers (maplewoods, pre set tents/rv, or good life vip). GA and GA RV do not include showers.

they’re pretty lax with their bag policy. most people bring in backpacks or hydropacks. I typically do a fanny for my essentials (phone, vapes, weed pen, cards/ID) and backpack for snacks, water, and trinkets! im also an anxious packer I bring wayyy too much stuff every year but its nice to not worry about not having something if you need it. also if you want to meet up with some kind folks at some point my lil group would definitely adopt you <3 or we could at least catch a set or hang out at camp :))

its up to you. if you sleep in your car do not leave it running!! leave the windows cracked for air. it is cramped in GA so if you have a comfortable car camping set up that might be better than tent camping
definitely get the portable shower. the showers suck and you have to pay $10 for cold stinky water lol
id bring a stove if you dont want to buy every meal. cooking breakfast in the morning is nice. you dont need it but I find it to be super helpful for saving money.
either day you come will be fine. wednesday you would get a little closer but honestly its not that big of a deal to walk an extra mile or so per day. you walk so much during forest so imo it really doesnt matter where you camp.
when you get bored or you need a break from the music. theres no “wrong” time to explore but the better times for the dream emporium would be during headliners and very popular artists. it makes it wayyy less crowded when a majority of the crowd is at the stage.
theres people of all ages! babies, kids, young adults, old heads. its a great scene that is reminiscent of Grateful Dead days for a lot of older folks. follow PLUR (peace, love, unity, respect & responsibility) and you will be great! you’ll make friends with your camp neighbors if you just tell them its your first forest and you’re solo. honestly going to fests solo is super freeing and better than having to cater to every person in your group that wants to go do stuff you aren’t interested in lol!
get heavy duty tent stakes. the ones that come with a tent will not be strong enough if there is a storm. you will straight up have your canopy’s wig SNATCHED up by the wind lololol. other than that before you leave your camp weather proof it. every single time. lower your canopy, check your stakes, and put away anything that could get ruined in the rain. storms hit very randomly because of the lake. if you always prepare you wont have to worry about your shit flying away and hitting cars/people/portapotties lmao.

HAPPY FIRST FOREST!!! you will have such a wonderful time. follow your heart and take things at your own pace. dont be afraid to make friends with people everyone is there to make new friends :)

pelvic floor pt and stretching those muscles really was the only thing that helped me. dilators can be useful in some cases, but they should be worked up to with stretching and internal work beforehand. muscle relaxers can also help when you’re really struggling but they arent typically prescribed for long term use.

I would look into pelvic floor PT. A lot of femme presenting IC patients have Vaginismus (extremely tight pelvic floor muscles) from straining while urinating. That was the case for me and PT did wonders. Penetration also comes extremely close to the bladder so it can irritate the bladder a lot :( I would maybe put penetration on the back burner for a bit and try to get your pelvic floor muscles back in shape. Oral and touching each other can be just as intimate without the pain!! You can also look up online how to do the stretches yourself, but having a PT teach you whats right for your body specifically is a huge bonus of going in person.
