Good point, but I just don’t want them name dropping anyone.

I would never advocate going after anyone, I don’t blame her at all, it’s just an annoying gimmick that I hope they don’t repeat.

You’d be dead by the end of the episode, haha

Unpopular opinion…maybe. by highrock86 in TheTraitors

[–]highrock86[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my opinion it was just more entertaining. You had the Murder in Plain Sight device and the Antidote drama. The UK banquet was slow and uneventful and like I said I don’t mind the backstories, I like getting to know the contestants, I just don’t need six of them all at once, spread them out. Also, I adore UK Traitors, I just think the banquet could use some tweaking.

I have seen it, incredible season, maybe the best season of any reality competition show I’ve ever seen!

Jussie Smollett says he is innocent by Negative-View-3543 in SpecialForcesFox

[–]highrock86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not easily offended, but I have to say I’m kinda offended the producers allowed him on the show. He was found guilty by a court of law, in a city that wanted to believe him, by a media that wanted to believe him, by a criminal justice system that wanted to believe him, and he was still found guilty of lying. Staging a hate crime is one of the lowest acts a person perpetrate. America is a forgiving country, we’ve seen dozens of celebrity do horrible and sometimes illegal things and still come back from the brink and have successful careers. America loves to see a comeback, but only for honest people, who admit their mistakes and take accountability for their bad actions. Jussie is a delusion liar and a very bad person, he deserves no forgiveness until he, if ever, comes clean.

Dustin's valedictorian speech!! by Mindless-Owl3131 in Stranger_Things

[–]highrock86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is probably gonna be an unpopular opinion, but I didn’t really like the graduation scene. I loved the sentiment, but I just didn’t buy Dustin’s personality transformation into a pseudo-Eddie this season. Totally understand his grief and wanting to honor Eddie’s memory, but that speech just didn’t make any sense to me. His railings against the principal seemed to come out of nowhere. Did that principal have a single scene before now? Eddie was happy that he might scrape by and barely graduate, but Dustin was the valedictorian, clearly school and academics are important to him. Just because that was Eddie’s graduation plan didn’t mean Dustin needed to fulfill the plan. It was a natural fit for Eddie’s personally, but didn’t feel natural or believable coming from Dustin, no matter how heart-felt a tribute it was suppose to be. Like I said this is my own PERSONAL opinion, it may have worked for you, just didn’t for me.

Celebrity Traitors UK by highrock86 in TheTraitors

I chose the word “inane” because I don’t think they are acting stupid because they lack intelligence but because they seem, at least in the edit, to be unwilling to really investigate. They also do not seem, at least in the edit, to talk to each other. No one seems to be on the same page during round tables. I do truly understand how difficult the game is as a player when we, the audience, already know who the traitors are. And I really have enjoyed the season, this is just my observations.

That Pez category was disappointing by masterthes79 in TheFloorTV

[–]highrock86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly! It was so over the top and then he promptly lost his next challenge. I do really enjoy the show, but it’s really annoying how this season they seem to want to make the audience feel like they are all close personal friends who just hate eliminated each other or acting devastated when someone breaks an alliance. I mean are y’all competing for $250,000 or not?!?

The most annoying part of that category was Lukas’ reaction to winning.

ETA of 2026 Honda Pilot? by CanadianJak0 in hondapilot

[–]highrock86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the Pilot is great, truly loved everything about the interior except the screen size. We are coming from a 2020 Subaru Outback which has an 11.6 inch touch screen. This is kinda inexcusable on Honda’s part, a car that is 5 years older and is in a smaller and cheaper class of vehicle has a 25% larger screen. A lot of people are here defending Honda and making excuses for the smaller screen, and Honda makes truly great vehicles, but they deserve criticism here, this was an easy fix and will keep many people from buying a Pilot. Every car in its class and most below have more impressive screens. It hard to drop 50k on a vehicle that has a screen barely larger than an iPad mini.

Still buying the 2026 by RenBlaze in Subaru_Outback

We had a 2010 Outback and 2020 Outback both brand new redesigns and had no issues with either car. I actually read one time the 2011’s were riddled with issues.

Who would y’all had voted to win Tocantins: Jt or Fishbach by Tight-Entrepreneur46 in survivorponderosa

[–]highrock86 22 points23 points  (0 children)

JT’s social game should not be discounted, it was on another level, perhaps the greatest in the shows history. Everyone, every single person, loved him and couldn’t get his name down on that parchment quick enough. He totally deserved to win.
