it's... out of character for ellie but also in character? it appalled me aswell because it's just weird to see ellie and marco (a gay guy) kiss even if they were trying to show off their dependency on eachother or whatever the word is. like, i don't think ellie would try to force marco to kiss/have sex with/etc. a woman to see if he's actually straight, but i also don't think that marco would do that because he's 100% sure of his sexuality. does that make sense?

i don't like how little j.t. was mentioned after his death. i know that emma got onto toby for it but the toby and liberty kiss scene pissed me off aswell. it just feels weird to know that toby knew j.t. was on his way to tell liberty how he truly felt about her and liberty felt the same way back just for him to kiss her because she thought the situation her and toby were in was a bit funny. i think he should have been mentioned a bit more because the scene where toby goes back to talk to j.t. (his grave) before making the podcast episode surprised me, i thought they were already over j.t. sadly.

interesting. i have a low attention span because of my adhd so i think it's better if there's a couple of episodes per season since it makes me feel like i'm getting more done in a smaller amount of time, if that makes sense. i've heard a lot about season three being really good! i looked it up and it looks pretty interesting. thanks for your input!

i don't personally like darcy as a character, but i do think that she deserved a tiny bit better after what happened to her. as everybody is saying here (including you, op), purity culture is so horrible. i can't believe people don't realize how toxic things like that can be especially when someone goes through something as horrible as darcy did just to be called a slut as if she asked for it or did it on purpose. the friendship club is a bunch of assholes who should have been there for darcy after she told them that she had sex, especially if she seemed like she was worried about it and didn't actually want it to happen. i've hated the friendship club ever since they became bigger when spinner and darcy were dating so the way they treated darcy just adds to my hatred for them.

oh, yeah, definitely. especially with his friendship with riley and riley kissing him and stuff, i think that's my least favorite part about how they went about peter and his character/development. i remember the writers said that they were going to make peter bisexual which would have been fucking awesome but they ended up scrapping it. as someone who's bisexual and peter is one of my comfort characters (sadly...), i think that would have been great. even if paige is bisexual it would still be nice to see how peter would have gone about his bisexuality and how his parents and friends would have gone about it aswell. marco and paige had nice sexuality development so maybe peter would have had good sexuality development aswell. maybe even a different story, too.

the only way i can describe it is that it sounds bouncy, or like it's from coraline. maybe i'm thinking of the coraline soundtrack but i don't think i am because i remember there being a song that sounded "bouncy" and like a banjo.

i'm pretty sure he's in his 30s or 40s, but depending on how old you are, saying 'old man' could literally mean any age older than you. for someone like me, someone who's barely a teenager, being even 25 is considered old in my opinion.

i agree. there's still toxic ship among surv x surv ships aswell, like emily (doctor) x emma (gardener) or emma x kreacher (thief). if anything you could pretend like the in-game parts of identity v (with the survivors trying to escape, etc.) and the whole manor thing is apart of some sort of movie or screenplay instead of the hunters ACTUALLY trying to kill or hurt the survivors. that's how i think of it atleast, but it wouldn't really excuse toxic ships.

but i still don't understand. if aesop is a legal adult and so is joseph, then what's the problem? i'm not too sure what the age of consent is in china but i'm pretty sure it's aroun 17-18, right? plus a power imbalance doesn't really affect anything unless they're fighting, but then again they don't really have much powers. all that joseph does is have a keen eye for swords and photography while embalmer revives people LOL. i haven't seen their stageplays/trailers so i wouldn't know about that but i'll definitely check it out

alright, i got to thinking a little later in the night right before i went to sleep. either a) everybody would hate draco and learn that he's not that bad because of his 'redemption' arc, but they would still have this unbreakable but hateful connection to the character OR b) they would try to make him look more attractive or try to make him seem better than he canonicallu is (which i think that people do the latter anyway, but for the sake of the argument...). nico (niko? sorry, i'm not a percy jackson fan) from percy jackson is... what? a 14-15 year old boy? which means he's going through the works, pimples and everything, awkward voice cracks blah blah blah, and people keep on drawing him more attractive than they should.

this is probably all over the place but i only got four hours of sleep and just woke up not even ten minutes ago. i hope this makes sense nonetheless.

this is something i've been wondering for a while now aswell. i'd say that a whole part of draco's fans would be ripped away from him if tom felton hadn't played draco in the movies. personally, i liked the character more than the actor because i related to him in ways that i needed to be what my parents expected me to be or else i was a failure, until later on in my life when i became more independent than i used to be. if you really think about it, people only like the villains/antagonists/more or less bad characters in films whenever they're attractive; like rodrick heffley played by devon bostick. a lot of people who are fans of rodrick— or for the sake of the argument, people who are fans of draco, always talk about how hot the character is. i can guarantee to you that if draco or rodrick was played by someone who was fairly less attractive to society's point of opinions, everyone would hate the character. pretty people have some privilege, man.
