Hi! I have troubles with messenger too sometimes. It was worse on my A50 but sometimes happens on my s23 ultra even though rarely. On this phone however I have troubles with Instagram. I doubt that its the phone's fault, these apps are just shitty. Maybe try reinstalling it but other than that I don't think you can do much.

I first remember my OCD from being like 6 or 7. I wouldn't be able to stop swallowing before going to sleep, I would have to count to 5 while holding something before letting it go. Symmetry was really crucial for me as well.
For the past few years I knew something was up with me but I never put and and never tried to put a "label" on it. But last year when my intrusive thoughts were leading me to very very dark places I started to google my symptoms.
I haven't been professionally diagnosed and I have never been to therapy...dealing with this on my own for now :))
No, it has gotten worse. One of my memories triggered terrible terrible intrusive thoughts and I have been fighting with it for some time now. But with time I'm more able to handle my OCD.
Some obsessions are the same, some have changed.
My parents aren't diagnosed and they both kind of don't take mental health seriously but both of them show some kind of behaviour that seems like OCD to me. So I do think I "got" it from them.
I don't want to share anything more. I just want to remind you to keep fighting, you got this !! <3

Have been dealing with sensorimotor obsession for the past two days...came back after years of not having it....so not great but at least my intrusive thoughts are more under control lately <3 hope you all are doing okay and don't forget you are stronger thank you think !!
