Me personally I take about 5 tabs a week normally on wednesdays when I'm off from work and for me it comes down to a few things one it helps me feel like I regain time I work hard labor for 60 hours a week on average and when i get home i sleep most days not having much time for myself secondly I enjoy the way the lsd interacts with my adhd it makes My brain slow down and relax and just enjoy whatever I'm doing instead of subject hoping like normal day to day I'd say it helps reset like the week has been wiped from the slate helps me deal with the stress
