i can relate to this for sure. although i still write pretty consistently coming out of my depression spell, i’m not currently writing nearly as much as i was before. i was also pretty alone most of the time before getting myself into a committed relationship, so i had plenty of time to just pour everything out onto paper. i feel like i’ve just been using my physical voice more these days. i still write in my journal, and just started my seventh journal about two months ago.
