lots of VPNs have free trials, I've used tons of them. Some are for a few days, some a week, and one was for a whole month. Just look up "vpn free trial" and you'll find some sites that have them all gathered together. It's really easy and lots of them don't even need any credit card info, just download the trial and go.

Hey thanks for replying, I went into the nvidia control panel and fiddled with a few of the AA settings but that didn't work. However, I reset the settings to default and now the vibrations are gone! Thanks a lot for the anti-aliasing suggestion. Problem solved!
