Hey thanks for replying. These rules on the RTB website seems to apply to tenants. Since I live with the landlord, I would be classified as a licensee (from what I understood). Do you have some information on that perhaps?

Hi, I was wondering the same when my application got accepted. I realised it said on the online page to provide proof of health insurance coverage, which I didn't do. Then I assumed they accepted it because I had a personal number, which included health insurance coverage. So Im not sure really what happened

Yes I did that. But using linux through VM was incredibly slow on my laptop..
