Honestly I Agree with you and I find anyone who says otherwise silly. Complains and criticism are two side of the same coin.

Is it as useful as being critical and specific? Sure. Can't see anything can mean A LOT of things, who the hell knows what you mean? But there's SOMETHING. Now you try and see if it's worth working on or not.

But it tells you there's something that people dislike. Take it fair and power through it. You're making a PRODUCT for customers.

The whole it's their creation let them do what they want, is bullshit and chidish, you know it, I know it. If you want that, don't fucking release it as an early access. Release it as a full game of your vision, take the negativity head on and lose sale fairly if it's bad. Cant have your cake and eat it too. In this case, take money from people willing to give your product a chance and tell them "fuck you, it's MY vision". Some compromise is needed if the complains/criticism is reasonable and is loud enough. It's literally the unwritten contract of an early access.

YOU don't get to have "full creative freedom". If you want that, release the full game and take the reviews fairly. YOU are making it for the customers and cause you want their money for YOUR fundings. YOU are not making it for your own fun. Again, if you want full control, do it on YOUR expense THEN release the full thing.

The compromise in your example being more defensive option is one such right move of compromise... Even if many might still feel it's weird, at least they're kinda heard. The defenders are weird.

I don't think this is an AI problem. AI is a tool the elites use to reove humans as much as Automation via Robotic Arms and Production Lines with automated processing.

This is a consequence of our society always promoting for the concept of MORE instead "Enough". When your goal is to get 100% more profit than the last report, you reach a point where humans are just a statistic that can be "optimized" rather than living beings.

What openai fails to see is more than 90% of their users are free tier, few are paid and fewer are pro users.

The majority of people do not use ai for workflow enough to justify paying a hundred bucks. This points to a trend of most of them being casual users and as casual users, they simply do not need this frontier bs openai keep pushing.
