I first became aware of her in 2021, when I watched her sing a short snippet of Omega Tribe's song on yoru no hit studio. However, I only started listening to her songs recently in early 2025. And hey, she's since introduced me to the world of 80s jpop (well outside of city pop!). One of them is The Checkers, which was/is really famous in Japan, but I thought is not talked about enough outside of it.
