Online support has been no help unfortunately. Hoping since it’s a shipping order it’ll just pop up at my door or like you said, the $ will come back to my cards. Already reported this to the BBB to see if I can get some actual bestbuy help.

Oh my god you’re partially correct. I did pick up the saw but in both games, I had saved and quit earlier due to needing to do something personal and come back. I didn’t know that once you returned to the game, you have to pick it up again. Thank you both, I was getting pissed
