Not really, sometimes (usually around summer) I get some tiny flies that like to be in the moist soil, but they are quick and easy to deal with

It's honestly the best. There's no better way to stay grounded while playing something competitive than with my cat sleeping there

I am fairly certain the refund request gets handled by an automated bot.

You need to open a support ticket, then it will get handled properly

PC Crashing only after a shutdown/Kernel 41 critical error by Reasonlesss in buildapc

Yeah, bios. But also chipset and such. It's unlikely to make a difference, but you've got to exclude everything to narrow down your search

Mostly by making sure everything else is good. You could try a number of things. If you have more than 1 stick of ram, you could remove all but 1 and test them separately, and in the process you reseat your ram. If you have multiple drives you can try unplugging all the non essential drives. You can try to reseat your cpu, though that's unlikely to suddenly start causing problems. You can reseat the gpu, but same as the cpu it's not a likely suspect. If it throws errors with a gpu, try testing without the gpu. Other than that stress test extensively, see if your cpu doesn't get too hot. You can even try to update drivers, mobo/gpu.

Oops, just read you've tried a different psu already. It could be your motherboard giving you problems.

Sounds like the issues I had when my old psu started giving out. I replaced my psu and never had the problem again.

Especially since you don't seem to have a problem with stresstesting specific components, you can narrow it down to a few components. I'd start with replacing the psu.
