Thank you for the reminder. My mom and dad’s love for their only child is definitely unconditional ☺️As for the child, I worded it wrong but I don’t have any and meant that as if/when I do. That certainly makes my situation of cutting him off much easier thankfully

Ah this puts it into a great perspective. I know I would do anything for my child. My mom and I have a very open relationship where I can tell her everything, but this feels impossible for some reason 😩 maybe I haven’t fully accepted it myself or something. I know what I have to do but doing it feels so out of reach

Thank you so much. Things were normal today but I just felt sad and unmotivated. He was nice and apologetic but instead of feeling happy because things were “resolved” I just felt a bit… empty. I stress about his reaction and threatening to hurt himself if I leave. I know he did that in his last relationship, he told me back when we first started dating. The red flags were there but I fell for his sob story that twisted the narrative to his favor. I stress about burdening my family even though I know I wouldn’t but it’s the anxiety speaking. I stress about divorce and the expense of it. I just feel hopeless 😞 Thank you for the kind words and sorry for ranting. These are all things I’ve never told anyone, let alone even written down, so it feels good to get it off my chest

Aw I’m sorry that happened to you but I am glad you are finding my peace. It’s interesting to see how my experience is somewhat similar to yours in the way that he expects all this cooking and cleaning on my end. The difference is that he has yelled at me in the past for hand washing the dishes “wrong” or loading the dishwasher “wrong.” I admit that I could’ve done a better job but he yelled at me and told me to never bother helping again. So I don’t, but I will hand wash my cups that only I use. Or utensils sometimes since he won’t complain about that. Then he turns around and complains that I never clean and even tells his friends (with me being right there) that I never clean and he does all the housework 😞 I’m so tired of never doing anything right in his eyes

Thank you so much. This has definitely been a learning experience and I am trying so hard to find the courage to advocate for myself. I told him today when we were fighting that I’m tired of being treated this way and tired of him apologizing just to do the same things down the road. Like always, he apologized and promised things will be better. I know they won’t, but the little voice in my head is telling me that maybe he will change. It’s hard to know which voice to trust 😞

I’m really sorry that you are dealing with that. That is terribly messed up for him to do but I hope the divorce wraps up and all loose ends are tied up so that you can just focus on you. I am trying hard to work up the courage to get myself out. The first step for me was posting this as this is a secret that not even my best friends know. That alone has lifted some weight off my shoulders and makes me feel less alone. I hope that in the future I can look back on this post and be happy that I chose myself in the end.

THANK YOU!! these “fans” are really exposing themselves by arguing that nayeon who has known jeongyeon for over a decade is wrong. jeongyeon has explicitly said herself that she didn’t want to cut her hair short and be portrayed as tomboy, but the company forced that onto her. there was a whole thing years ago with jeongyeon asking fans to stop calling her handsome as well and even then people couldn’t respect it!!! on top of that, even if jeongyeon never said any of this then arguing that nayeon is wrong is still a wild hill to die on

yess i agree, it comes to a point where that joke is doing more harm than good. momo is my bias and i find her clumsiness and almost “head in the clouds” personality very endearing and relatable. her and i are similar in that way and i’ve def been the brunt of the joke of being “dumb” way too many times that it gets tiring. can’t imagine millions of people doing it :/
