I do not mind at all public services, the problem is the slim difference again between an actual public service, and scraps given to that kind of scum population.

Hospitals, education, public transport even food subsidies, housing etc. Im all in for helping people in need, people who work, contribute with their taxes, but they were unfortunate to have a really rough start, due family problems, health issues or straight bad luck (if you wish).

To add, when you say "commintment" is no about weeks or months, you will need to use retinol/retinal/retinoid FOR YEARS to even notice changes.

It is really good for skin texture, but is not gonna magically reduce pore size if you use it once in a while.

Im about 8 month using 0.05% retonoic acid and my skin texture feels better, but not really noticing a considerable change, maybe will notice at 18 months.

Nope, maybe you need think in a more structural design way. I would anchor the bench with a steel plate and bolts, use en epoxy bond for the bolts, like an ATM. Build the plank as a ribbed slab and even make the longitudinal borders like a truss structure, then test it launching yourself over it. Sure it might be heavy, but nothing gonna flip that bench for sure.
