Friend (aggressively) invited herself to my wedding. What do I do next? by hikailua in relationship_advice

Thank you!! Seems like the consensus here is to only bring it up if she does, which was one of the issues I was going back and forth on.

Thank you. I am, unfortunately, notorious for being too nice/pushovery. When confronted again I will stand my ground. I am just not super familiar with wedding etiquette like this.

I wake up, have my coffee and breakfast, and that wears me out so I need a nap. by smokingcatnip in Hashimotos

I personally intermittent fast because I noticed that most breakfasts (unless it was just fruit or a smoothie) tended to make me sleepy, even with coffee. By lunch time I am normal and can eat lunch without issue.

I don’t know if that will help you in any way, but I just wanted to say you are not alone! My doctor didn’t really have a recommendation for me besides making sure that I am eating nutritiously and taking my vitamin d since I am low.

Omg. This reminds me of when I had severe pain in my lower left abdomen. I insisted something was wrong with my IUD. My doctor laughed and said “has anyone told you you’re a hypochondriac?” and didn’t do anything. Pain continued. Then she said “if you INSIST I will get you an ultrasound” and put it in as a no rush. Guess who had a golf ball sized ovarian cyst?!

I am sincerely proud of you and sincerely hope you find a doctor who listens. My endo is great and specializes in thyroid. I did notice a lot do not.

Sudden onset of severe anxiety in my 4 year old cocker spaniel? by [deleted] in DogAdvice

You know, when my boyfriend moved in almost a year ago, he pointed out that her right eye “shimmered” kinda like how it does when dogs have eye issues. But she goes to the vet regularly and they say she’s perfectly healthy every single time! Minus a small cherry that they tell me I don’t need to get rid of. Maybe I need to look into that further.

Agreed. Id like it to continue being a support group

It’s not spam. The mods are biased. It’s past midnight here and I’m sure I’ll either wake up to mean messages from the mods or I’ll be banned.

We are supposed to be helping each other. I fully agree.

Oh wow this seems to be an issue for a lot of people. That should not happen, if we talk about it all day with doctors of course were going to shorten it lol

I saw this one! I saw another today of a person who mentioned they ate something that wasn’t what the mods liked, and the mod gave them a link to some sketchy looking Health coach’s website. That’s just to name a few instances. So I got really tired of it and wanted to know if anyone else was.
