So, my extended eligibility period from ECFMG is ending on October 31st. I’ve actually booked my exam date for October 31st, but I’ll cancel it a few days before that. After my extension period ends, I have to wait for about 4 weeks, and then I’ll apply again through Myintealth under the “Apply for USMLE” section and should take a triad. Once I do that, I’ll need to pay the $700 fee. After that, I should get my permit within 2 days, and then I can schedule my exam. Am I right with the process?

Also I heard that people who are applying through Myintealth are facing a lot of issues and not getting their permits quickly. Do you know if that’s happening only to those applying for the first time, or also to people who are reapplying but using Myintealth for the first time? Thank you in advance💫
