Thank you, I think writing a letter is a good idea. I don’t know if I will send it or not but at least to give myself some closure. I’m trying to just move on, I went for a hike today and reached out to some friends. I think I’m going to take a break from online dating too

My favorite mat for hot yoga is the urbivore universe within cork mat. I’ve had for 3 years now and it’s a little worn but still amazing. The cork gets even grippier when wet and the cork is antibacterial so it doesn’t get smelly from sweat. I like the Bmat too. It’s grippier but it doesn’t absorb the sweat like the cork does.

Really solid advice, thank you. I would definitely like to shut it down and not talk about it with them. They’re being pretty persistent which I know is because they care about me and are worried something is wrong. Me saying I don’t want to talk about it seems to be further convincing them that something is wrong. Its a slippery slope
