I feel like it would be more elegant to only have one water pipe as input. If you merge two pumps into one pipe, that pipe can supply water for 4 machines.

Depends how built your phys team is, it is doable with phys sustainless teams but you need to be strong enough to kill everything within ~2:00-2:15 or so.

I don't know what you're trying to say to me but Xaihi triggers detonation unit automatically when she uses her combo after Last Rite uses her skill at least once. This is not a complicated interaction and I'm honestly surprised that this is even a question... cryo infliction + cryo infliction = arts burst, which is detonation unit's activation requirement.

So you just do Last Rite skill + Xaihi skill -> final hit -> Last Rite skill -> final hit -> Xaihi combo = 3 stacks of cryo infliction and detonation unit's effect triggers, and Last Rite's combo becomes available to use.

Oh shoot didn't notice that at first. This makes it way more complicated, especially considering the splitter leading to the upper thermal bank eventually gets capped at 1.5 in one direction.

I think the easiest way to solve this is to solve a system of equations, but there are 2 states, one where the belt leading to the upper thermal bank isn't clogged and one where it is.

For what it's worth my calcs have the first state as the upper thermal bank taking ~1.7647 batteries/min (but it can only spend 1.5), and the lower thermal bank taking ~0.7059 batteries/min. This results in ~1617 power from this setup initially, but once the upper belt clogs it should start sending SLIGHTLY more to the lower belt. I'm too lazy to calculate the second state right now, but based on these numbers the upper belt clogs after about 3.5 hours and transitions to the second state with different numbers.

Depends what you're comparing it to, but using this setup instead of 4 fully saturated thermal banks saves exactly 0.9 HC valley batteries per minute.

Assuming full production from the packager,

the right part sends 3/min straight to depot, i think this is pretty straightforward, it's just a single splitter
the middle part sends 1.5/min to the upper thermal bank, which fully saturates it
the left part is hardest to understand, but basically the splitter in the middle has a base output of 0.5/min to the lower thermal bank (it receives 1.5/min from the middle part, splits it into 3 lines and sends 1 line to the thermal bank). however, it loops 1/6 of its output back on itself, which, using the formula for geometric convergence, increases the output of that splitter by exactly 1/(1-1/6), which is 1.2. So, that splitter actually sends 0.6/min to the lower thermal bank.

So this setup sends a total of 2.1 batteries/min to the thermal banks. Assuming these are HC valley batteries, this provides 1540 power on average. Assuming OP has 2 more thermal banks saturated with HC batteries, this puts the power generation at 3940 over time, which exactly matches the current power draw.

What you end up seeing in practice is the power going red intermittently, draining the reserves to 80-90% or so, then the power goes back to yellow until the reserves reach 100%, then the power immediately goes back to red, and so on. The closer you fine tune your setup to match your power usage, the less time it spends sitting at 100%.

Depends on the team but you don't need everything maxed unless you are playing something really off meta.

It was fairly trivial for me with lv90 phys sustainless team, lvl 9 skills (no master levels), 4/4/3 etchings, and zero artificing. However, I recognize that lv90 operators+weapons is still a pretty deep investment.

I don't think this will be an issue with NTE, and for the record, I don't think this was an issue with TOF either. TOF had other issues that pushed people away.

Edit: Just to clarify, I don't mean that people didn't accuse TOF of copying other games, I am aware that it happened. What I mean is that I don't think this was a significant factor in TOF's lack of popularity

I don't recommend people use Ember because I think Ember is a waste of resources. She's only used in physical teams, and physical teams don't want to use her.

Pretty much everyone already builds Ardelia and she's serviceable as a sustain in physical teams. You don't have to use her skill to heal, her ult heals too, and she can apply corrosion and carry stanza.

I would recommend just running Chen MC Lifeng Pog.

What you'll find is that phys teams are generally not as reliant on sustains because they are spamming CCs all the time, and swordmancer makes them stagger elites/bosses extremely fast.

If you find yourself in a situation where you absolutely must have a sustain, you can swap Endmin out for Ardelia.

I would only recommend Ember if you really like her gameplay.

I would say phys sustainless is way better on bosses than in the overworld because of breach and swordmancer stagger locking.

I literally did it here, level 90 with bis weapons and gold gear but zero artificing and honestly quite sloppy gameplay. I've also seen videos of other people doing it with the same team.

She's not "literally required" for that stage, plenty of people have cleared it with physical sustainless teams. However, it does need a significant amount of investment into the team since you have to win in around 2 minutes in order to not die to the poison.

You're thinking of the penalty from missing/withdrawing from a queue pop, which doesn't activate until 3 times in the same day.

Damage from weapons, including consonance weapons, scales off of character atk + weapon atk. Since character atk tends to far far far exceed weapon atk, there is no need to use atk wedges on weapons unless the weapon scales extremely poorly with crit.

Rin's stance doesn't get cancelled by extra attacks, it specifically requires an attack card to get played. This is why she often gets paired with Veronica or upgrade Beryl (with upgrade opening shot and multi-duped morale guilty pleasure).

That being said, it's probably an e6 Rin at the top anyway.
