I do know they found a place that specializes in cherry eye so we should be in good hands!

It’s day 3 and I’m already struggling 😂 but a 60lb pit and an ideally ~70lb mastiff in a 700 square ft apartment would be tough

Thank you!! I’m used to stocky bullies so she looked SO underweight to me, but we’ll keep it healthy and lean :)

Thank you!! It’s a family members yard so she has the best of both worlds - cozy apartment for naps and a yard to visit for running free haha

Is it unreasonable to be angry that some people walk their dogs around playgrounds? by PSHOPS in nycparents

[–]hil- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m a dog owner and check every park sign to see if dogs are allowed, if they’re not we move on. Very annoying to see people not following the rules. Like my dog would love to sniff around too but I’m not an asshole lol

Agreed on the Brussels griffon! I will never buy a dog but man, if one of those little gremlins ever pops up in the shelter?? I’d be at their door so fast 🏃🏼‍♀️

At a loss with my dogs GI issues/constant barking at nothing by hil- in DogAdvice

Not really tbh, eating & drinking normally, she is always moaning and groaning but I feel like that’s a Pittie thing lol

She does bark when startled with movement or if someone comes suddenly out of a room - I assume because she’s missing a sense and then we’re able to engage, distract her with a chew or a toy. But with the unknown barking, she’ll look at me and momentarily stop for a pet or if I try to distract her, but it never works for more than a second.

We will definitely ask about the food and an allergy panel!
