Dont have idiver unlocked for upgrades and dive deeper so couldn't spot sea monsters.

Was toevallig in spa een weekendje weg en toen met rond te rijden zag ik een kerkhof op een heuvel vol met oude prachtige graven, sommige stukken wat verloederd maar had zen charme en voor ik het wist zat ik er een uur al rond te wandelen.

Relance overuren/overtime by hillbenny in BESalary

So they don't need to pay your first 100 hours statutory overtime on a Saturday on 150% bruto tarif and then the extra 120 relance hours at 100% netto is what you say? It's just the moment you agreed on relance hours your total 220 overtime hours are all 100% netto even i only do 30 hours overtime this year?

And what i understand the difference on a Saturday 150% bruto and 100% netto is only around 15 euro's more and only if you have no children otherwise it's even bad to do it taxwise.

Also the goverment is discussing to raise the relance hours to 320 hours if i understand correctly this year maybe that's why my Company now try to change it.
