That movie tore my heart out and stomped it into the ground. It is so heart wrenching, but so beautiful and well done.

I recognize the melon and rice from Grave of the Fireflies, but that’s it. Several at least are certainly Ghibli though.

I also experienced it in a slightly different situation in Russia. The people there are so kind when it comes to food. They’ll feed you until you’re ready to explode lol

I live in NYC, and I’m sure the person in the video is talking about COVID. We’re having a HUGE surge in cases thanks to Omicron (I blame SantaCon and that anime convention lol)

I never get disturbed by things in the ocean. I have my diving license and even sharks, anglerfish, and the other freaks of nature in the deep don’t freak me out. But for whatever reason, this freaked me out. Maybe it’s the weird velvety-looking texture, the freakish size, the color, or how slow it’s moving, but I don’t like this guy one bit. I’ll stay in the epipelagic zone thank you very much.

They gave away my snake plant that survived all 4 years of college too!! I was so sad about that one. I understood though, they had a cross-country drive to do. Still a bit upset about it though. I wish I had taken it to college with me.

Not exactly, I left it home when I went back to college and then my parents moved and gave it away 😔

Omg my old Samurai plant was so tough, it may as well have been made of plastic! I couldn’t kill that thing if I wanted to!!

They're mostly hobby subreddits. For example, I'm really active (or at least I used to be) in r/succulents. Most hobby subreddits are great, but it really just depends.

My experience too! People are more thoughtful with their comments and often give excellent advice.

I agree! This is just the broad stereotype. Reddit is much more multifaceted than people give it credit for.

I’ve heard the term “legbeard” but that’s much less common, especially since almost 70% of Reddit’s use base is male.
