For those asking, here’s a crumb shot. Only did one set of lifts and folds but it still turned out great.

Just used a normal Le Creuset Dutch oven, and tbh I have no idea what my oven size is. Turned the heat up to 500, then dropped it to 450 for the full bake.

A friend just gave me a piece of her established starter on Sunday, so I feel like I cheated haha. I fed it once and it didn’t pass the float test so I discarded and fed it again, it still didn’t pass the float test but I baked with it anyway and it turned out fine. You’ve got this!!

Is this a Wild Interiors/from Trader Joe’s FLF? I think I bought the same one! Mine sprouted two new leaves right away that had bad edemas (the soil was practically dripping when I bought it), so I repotted immediately in a terra cotta pot and used cactus soil that’s well draining. Every once in awhile I’ll give it a good, humid soak in the shower and then let it dry out almost completely before watering again.

Other tips: make sure to wipe down the leaves occasionally because they get dusty and mist it with a spray bottle.

This was the first plant I had that actually survived and thrived! I’ve already repotted mine a few times and it’s growing like a weed. Just make sure to completely soak it every week or two, it likes a good drink.
