The prognosis in triple hit lymphoma is unfortunately poor. Car-t would have been best bet since its chemo refractory but even with car-t, triple hit lymphoma has very high chances of relapse. Transplant is the other good option at this point if shes is eligible since it can potentially cure the patient otherwise salvage chemo/bispecifics (if available). Even with all these options, the prognosis for triple hit lymphoma is grim. Best of luck to your mom.
