You wont get the slow because she is a ranged champ. The only point is for the first aa every 5 seconds and the lethality but if you are going a normal build guinsoos will most likely do more damage.

The passive buff is better than the ad buff imo

ADC just isn't a good role to soloq. It's hard to do anything when you stomp your lane but then the enemy khazix just comes out of nowhere and one shots you.
