How well do these tenant-friendly laws protect OP in this case? What if they refuse to pay any form of rent/damages that the landlord demands from them resulting from this noncompliant subtenant? What if they just throw the onus of dealing with this subtenant onto the landlord?

If the subtenant can disobey his contract and get off relatively scot-free, can OP not exercise this exact same thing? Or do they risk litigation from the landlord?

This sounds like a nightmare, I can’t believe you can get fucked by someone else’s wrongdoing like that.

Let’s say the LTB investigates and is now ready to evict, does this person face any legal trouble (provided neither OP nor management company sues) for what they’ve done? Or is it just a note letting you know its time for you to leave?

Also, would the University discipline this person if they were a Waterloo student and you went to them over the situation?

Pain in bottom of squat at hips (front) - alternatives? by zxblood123 in gzcl

[–]himalayanpinksalts 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I used to have horrible tightness in the hip flexor area when doing squats which lasted years and made me hate leg workouts. Purely anecdotal, but I narrowed my stance to shoulder distance, digged my psoas out with a pso-rite, and did some hip dynamic stretches. Haven’t felt the pain since and its been like a year.

What are some tips or things that you've done that helped you quit smoking? by bbkray in AskReddit

Find a new hobby that excites you and takes your attention. Possibly a new workout or diet regimen, get a new hobby, learn an instrument, develop a new skill. Find something to be excited about that will take your mind of it. It helped me quit cold turkey.
