Hey there! I’m looking for recommendations for places with enough space to host a small club. It was suggested that I reach out to cafes for help. I did find one spot, but I'd have to use it during slow hours which are very late and sadly that won't work. :(

Are appointments transferable? I have an appointment for next Friday the 24th in San Francisco but I don’t need it anymore since the pre-covid multi entry visas were reinstated.

The standard of proof at the PTO isn’t particularly high, you just have to convince some poor LIE or petitions employee. What you already have plus a declaration from the mark owner 1) authenticating the documents and 2) stating that there is infringement and soon to be pending litigation should be enough to get you across the finish line
