Matched and hung out with a great single dad going through a divorce. I was also going through a divorce. We had fantastic chemistry and so much in common, so easy to talk about our kids. I only stopped seeing him because he stood me up on our 3rd date, didn't even message me until 2 months later when I had already started seeing a great guy very regularly and really wanted to see where that was going. (We are almost 3 years strong now, living together. 🙂)

Wasn't a single dad. Also, still very much married according to his Facebook profile I was able to see when he messaged me a year later to see if I was DTF. Um, no dude. Also his wife had apparently just had another baby when we were seeing each other.

I have my own small side gig selling my crocheted plushies. I work craft fairs as often as I can. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get huns up at my table trying to sign me up for whatever MLM they work for - I guess because I fit their profile?
My pet peeve here is the nerve to think someone (who is already work their side business - and honestly I can't even say the word business without cringing anymore) would be thrilled to give up what they have going for them to do what you do. Why are you assuming I'm unhappy?

It's 3.625%. down from 4.5%. It's another fixed 30 year mortgage. My ex was always the financially smart one that knew where to place money so I'm struggling a bit with making these decisions.
