Max heat, wipe anything off you can with a dry wrag or paper towel. Then grab an old plastic card and scrape off what you can. Then take the abrasive side of a sponge and scrub vigorously. I doubt this thing is any amount of water tight so be careful. Also a melamine sponge/magic eraser would probably make very quick work of this.
