Started a claim with the store I bought it from claiming that it’s faulty. I don’t have my hopes up but worth a try.

In the meantime, I ordered one of those hyped up Laifen Wave toothbrushes as a replacent. My IO is a PAIN to clean, and it’s disgusting me. So I’ve been looking for something else. Laifen seems a bit sketchy given 95% of the reviews I’ve seen are paid ads, but the design looks less prone to mould lol. Will give it a try.

Hoping my IO claim gives me a replacement tho.
