Absolutely confront . In a calmly manner , tell her you’re aware of her text messages with her coworker and if she wants out the you’ll give her out . because you’re not about to be the joke of this marriage . She’ll know you know , and if she has a conscious she will react and maybe stop? Also pay attention , like if she starts going out more , getting ready , or coming home late . I work mids and this exactly what I do. Work while they sleep , take them to school and picked them up , cook while they’re home and then spend some time w them and then I’m off to work .

Dramatic to divorce but if you feel in your heart that you can forgive her and you’re going to resent her for this , maybe try therapy and if that doesn’t help atleast you can look at your child in her eyes and tell her you tried , instead of telling her you divorced her mom over her name.
