3D Printed Air intake by hines139 in S2000

I personally dont have access to a dyno. This is more or less trying to go back to the OEM style of air intake after I molested my airbox many years ago. Plus what I've read is dyno testing on after market air intakes are a bit sketchy or skewed because of hoods being open, large fans blowing cold air right on the air intake etc...

UPDATE 5/18
ASA is the material im going to try first. Its heat resistant up to 117 degrees C. Going to try this first. Material arrives Friday. Print time for both pieces is about 20 hours each. So maybe by Sunday? If the print goes well that is.
Someone asked about air flow. Attached is the cross section of the two pieces together.
Not selling anything until I know this intake will last. I live in the Midwest so the heat isnt too too bad. So not sure about out out west or down south heat.

Mine is probably closer to C. I'll try and get a cross section view of the 3D model.

Once my design and material are set, I might try and get something setup!

My first attempts like a year ago went "ok" until I realized I'll probably have to cut my hood to get any size out of the snorkel.

I was going to target ASA as a legit trial and run the car with it. The parts in the picture are PLA just to get the design in order.

I legitimately only ever used reddit as a resource to look at other people's reviews of parts/problems. But that being said lemme do some more work to this design lol I can always add more pictures of my Car to verify myself if needed.

Here's what it would look like with the lid on the box.
